Hey y’all! My name is Sam Leicht (like lightning️), and I’ve been a health coach in NYC for 8 years.

I used to hate fitness. Growing up in Wisconsin, exercise and being gay did not mix. That’s why I created Pridefit.

Whether you’ve been exercising all your life or it’s the first time you’ve picked up a dumbbell, everyone deserves to feel safe, confident, and fulfilled with their fitness.

I’m so proud and grateful for this community that makes me excited to work out and be healthy every single day.
